Roasted Delicata Squash
Ingredients

medium or large delicata squash

olive oil

salt, pepper, cayenne
Method
Slice off the ends
Split in half lengthwise
Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds
Cut each side into ~

Transfer into a mixing bowl
Season with olive oil and salt and cayenne
Transfer onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake at 450°F for 12–18 minutes, until nicely caramelized
No need to flip
