Raspberry Sauce

Makes ~3 cups

Ingredients

4 (1.5 pounds) half-pint baskets of fresh raspberries
lemon fresh lemon juice
~¼ cup sugar

Method

  • Rinse and drain the berries
  • Add all the ingredients to a medium pot
  • Cook on medium heat, taking care to not boil or overcook
  • Raspberries should just break down (a few minutes)
  • Pass through a fine mesh strainer
