Ingredients
- 4 half-pint baskets of fresh raspberries (1.5 pounds)
- ~1⁄2 lemon fresh lemon juice
- ~1⁄4 cup sugar
Method
- Rinse and drain the berries
- Add all the ingredients to a medium pot
- Cook on medium heat, taking care to not boil or overcook
- Raspberries should just break down (a few minutes)
- Pass through a fine mesh strainer
