Ingredients
- Pastry Cream (make ahead)
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- small splash almond milk
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
Method
- Make pastry cream ahead of time
- Make matcha paste:
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- small splash almond milk
- mix until you have a paste
- In a large mixing bowl, whip 1 cup cold, heavy cream to stiff peaks
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the pastry cream and matcha paste together
- Mix the the whipped cream into the pastry cream
