Ingredients

| — | juice of ½ a lime |
| — | salt, pepper, cayenne |
Method
- Cut the avocado in half
- Remove the pit using your knife
- Scoop out the flesh using a large spoon into a bowl
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl
- Add salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
- Mash and stir together with a fork until smooth
- Taste and adjust seasoning
