| 50 g — | slivered almonds |
| 50 g — | raw pumpkin seeds |
| 50 g — | pecans |
| 10 g — | flax seeds |
Method
- Line a baking sheet with a silcon mat underneath a sheet parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl
- Whisk together 50 g brown sugar, 65 g maple syrup, 12 g vegetable oil, and 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
- Add 165 g rolled oats, 50 g slivered almonds, 50 g pumpkin seeds, and 10 g flax seeds and mix well with a silicone spatula
- When you think you're done mixing, mix for 2 more minutes
- Pour mixture onto the baking sheet and even out
- Bake at 250°F for ~1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
