Ingredients
| — | absinthe rinse |
| ½ oz — | whiskey |
| ½ oz — | amaro |
| ½ oz — | simple syrup or honey |
| — | lemon peel garnish |
Method
- Pour very small amount of absinthe into glass and rotate it around to coat
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker
- Add whiskey, amaro, and syrup
- Stir until very cold
- Strain into a cocktail glass
