Ingredients
| 150g (~1 cup) — | whole raw almonds |
| 70g — | granulated sugar |
| 1.5 tbsp — | water |
Method
- Prepare a landing tray with a silicone baking mat
- In a small pot
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil for a few minutes
- Add the almonds and stir continuously, still on medium-high heat
- Keep stirring as the sugar crystallizes on the almonds
- Stir until the sugar turns into caramel, ~5 mins
- Pour onto the mat and separate
- Let cool completely
