Apple Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

1 cold apple
plain greek yogurt
granola
pecans
sliced/slivered almonds
peanut butter

Method

Dice the apple

  • Place the bottom of the apple on a cutting board and cut as big a lobe as you can, missing the core
  • Place the cut side on the cutting board and cut another lobe the same way
  • Rotate and continue until you have a squared cylinder with the core in it (compost that)
  • Dice the 4 apple lobes

Assemble

  • Add diced apple to a bowl
  • Add a few big spoonfuls of greek yogurt
  • Add any other ingredients you like to taste

Notes

Honeycrisp apples are amazing, but if you can't find them or they're too big/expensive, Pacific Rose and Fuji apples are also good.
